About Mingle Media TV's Founder: Stephanie Piche'
In the true fashion of a serial entrepreneur, Stephanie embarked on a new journey in 2010 with Mingle Media TV Network and non-scripted Web TV production. In 2009, she created and launched the MomTV online web chat community, where she achieved phenomenal growth while in a bootstrap, incubator environment learning the nuances of using video and production. With Mingle Media TV she executive produces over 30 hours of live programming each week in addition to covering "red carpet" events. At MMTVN, Stephanie is using a mix of resources both on and offline to help her successfully manage content development, programming, talent recruitment, community building, partnerships, marketing and sales. Stephanie has also been working with traditional TV production companies to help them use social marketing for off and in season visibility. She hopes this will help give studios a way to continue to build audience and monetize their talent on the web while opening up more opportunities for web series production.
An original "blue suit mom," she has over 20 years sales and marketing experience in start-up technology in traditional and new media, CPG and Fortune 500 clients. After spending several years in the newspaper industry, she worked in Silicon Valley with several start-up technology companies, leading teams to develop retail and network infrastructure technology (SaaS) platforms while building brand experiences that provided quantifiable results to the bottom line. During her career, she has led over 35 product launches from software to (3) mobile iPhone apps and has managed world-wide sales, marketing and support departments.
Stephanie has also volunteered her marketing services to non-profits including recently launching Green Wish and their grassroots go-to-market strategy using her knowledge of technology, marketing, social media and Web 2.0 while working side-by-side with “green eco-activist” and actor, Ed Begley Jr and founder, actor, Raphael Sbarge.
In addition to being an avid sailor, she thrives on learning new technologies and how they can help make life more engaging. Stephanie has received the Presidents Club award for sales, Under the Radar Audience Choice Award, Top 50 Tweeples 2009, Mom's Choice Award 2009, founder/president of a NY National Association of Female Executives NAFE chapter, founder/president itSMF Portland chapter, past industry speaker: WITI, Silicon Valley Marketing Group, Int'l Newspaper conferences, speaking at Digital Hollywood and 140Conf as well as contributor to MediaPost online and other industry related publications.
